REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At REBUILT, we are committed to creating meaningful experiences and maintaining fair policies for all participants.

Please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking an event.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All ticket purchases and bookings made through REBUILT are final and non-refundable.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

EVENT RESCHEDULING

If REBUILT reschedules an event, participants may be offered:

• A transfer of their booking to the new event date, or
• A full refund, at REBUILT’s discretion

Participants will be notified using the email address provided during booking.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY REBUILT

If REBUILT cancels an event entirely, participants will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

ONLINE EVENTS

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and compatible devices for online events.

Failure to attend an online event, internet connectivity issues, technical difficulties on the participant’s side, or missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.

EVENT RECORDINGS

Some online events may include access to recordings; however, recordings are not guaranteed for every event unless explicitly stated.

TRANSFER OF BOOKINGS

Event bookings and tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by REBUILT in writing.

FORCE MAJEURE

REBUILT shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet or platform outages
• Emergencies
• Technical failures
• Public health events

In such situations, REBUILT reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events as necessary.
